ROWELL , Clifford 1934 - 2009 Cliff arrived at the Pearly Gates September 1, with a smile on his face and a joke at hand; this was Cliff at his best. His constant humour, antics, jokes, and his joyful view of life will be deeply missed by all of those lives he touched. Cliff's sense of humour lives on in what he would describe as his greatest accomplishment, the family he loved so much. His wife of fifty-three years, Doris, children and grandchildren, Lori, Ted, Jessica and Rebecca Zutz, Rick, Kim, Jared and Colin Rowell, Sheri Rowell and Kirk Hygard, and Michael, Shauna and Christopher Rowell. A celebration of Cliff's life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at St. Andrew's United Church (Heritage Drive S.W.). Please bring your favourite jokes or stories to share and add to his joke book. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
