Growing up with four brothers and a sister meant hard work, lots of laughter and the occasional fight for survival. Shannon was always able to hold her own. She moved to Swift Current in 2001 and worked for the Cypress Health Region. She resided with her fiance Sheldon prior to her hospitalization. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank Shannon's dear friends who aided in her care and comfort during her time of illness. We would also like to thank the Cypress Region Home Care and the Swift Current hospital staff for the excellent care and service you provided to Shannon and to all her family and friends who spent many hours at the hospital. Donations may be made to Cancer Research in Shannon's name and would be appreciated by the Family. Culham/Bowers Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
